Raquel Santos Lacueva is a funded doctoral student by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness. She holds a BA in Political Science and Public Administration (University of Barcelona, 2010) and a MA in Regional and Environment Planning (University of Zaragoza, 2011).
Her PhD thesis studies the vulnerability of Mediterranean coast tourism in front of global change dynamics. Therefore, her research focuses on tourism and global change (climatic change, energy and transport model and new emerging travel destinations), sustainable development and environment, and public policy analysis and evaluation.
